ALT-ACCO is perfect for corporate executives on assignment, project teams deployed to client sites, startup founders relocating or fundraising, and any business professional who needs a comfortable, work-ready base for more than a few nights.
All properties include a dedicated work desk, high-speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, natural ventilation, regular housekeeping, quality sleep setup, and 24/7 building security. Monthly and corporate stays also include laundry facilities and all utilities.
Companies can pre-book multiple units with centralized billing, a dedicated account manager, preferential pricing for extended stays, and flexible add/remove options as your team changes. We work with your travel policy and procurement team for seamless integration.
We're currently operational in Pune across prime locations including Aundh, Koregaon Park, Hinjewadi, Baner, Wakad, Viman Nagar, and Magarpatta — all close to IT parks and corporate hubs. We're actively expanding to other Indian cities.
Short stays have a minimum of 2 nights. Monthly stays require a minimum of 30 days. Corporate leases are customized based on your team's requirements, typically starting from 1 month with preferential rates for longer commitments.
